Procedure for Membership

Determine Membership Type & Category (Client):
Prospective members decide on the type of membership they wish to apply for and the corresponding category within the Forum.

Ordinary Membership:
These organizations adopting the code & chain of custody and supporting the cause of Castor sustainability.

Associate Membership:
Supporting the cause of Castor sustainability.

Admission Fee & Annual Subscription:
Forum year is from 1st April to 31st March. Full amount is payable irrespective of the date of joining. Payment should be remitted by Demand Draft/Cheque/Swift/ Code /Wire Transfer payable at Mumbai favouring “World Castor Sustainability Forum”.

Submit Filled & Signed Membership Application:

Applicants must complete the membership application form and ensure it is signed.

Review for Eligibility:

The submitted membership form is reviewed by the appropriate authority of Forum to ensure that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria for membership.

Send Invoice and Request Additional Information (Forum):

If necessary, the Forum sends an invoice along with a request for any additional information required for the membership application process.

Complete Document Submission and Payment

The client completes the submission of required documents and makes the payment as per the provided invoice.

Final Review and Approval (Forum):

The Forum conducts a final review of the submitted documents and payment. If all the criteria are met, then the membership is approved.

Membership Confirmation Letter to Client:

Upon approval, the Forum sends a formal membership confirmation letter to the client, acknowledging their successful membership application.

Listing on Website:

The client's membership is listed on the Forum’s website, showcasing their affiliation and providing visibility within the community.
